Check out the Chinese and Hungarian efforts in promoting global green and low-carbon transformation. As the largest of its kind in Hungary, the Kaposvar 100MW Photovoltaic Power Station constructed by Genertec is able to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 120,000 tonnes. Genertec implemented various green initiatives and eco-friendly measures, and effectively prevented soil erosion caused by rainwater. Meanwhile, the Buzsak 80MW Solar and Tapolca 50MW Solar Power Station built by us are contributing to tackling climate change and driving local energy transformation as well.
Genertec Advanced Materials showcased its G-Fiber® Lyocell fiber products, industrial hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics, and fiber-based composite materials at Techtextil Frankfurt trade fair in Germany from Apr 23 to 26. With outstanding, multi-functional performance and environmental sustainability, these products attracted widespread attention from global visitors.
Undertaken by Genertec CNTIC, the Tunisia GIS Substation Project has recently commenced. It includes building four new 225 kV GIS substations and upgrading two existing 90 kV substations. Currently, the team is conducting geological surveys and civil engineering design for the sites. Upon completion, the project will meet the electricity grid load demands of Tunisian cities and tackle short-circuit faults for grid safety, driving urban development and economic growth.
The Clean Energy Expo China 2024 kicked off in Beijing on Mar 26. At the expo’s New Energy International Cooperation Forum, Genertec CNTIC was honored as one of China’s top 10 overseas new energy contracting enterprises in 2023 due to its outstanding performance in this sector. The award underscores the company’s contributions to the green Belt and Road Initiative and global energy transition. Keep up the good work!
